Your account with us tells us what services you would like.  Once you are signed up, just invite Cyranova to your virtual meeting as a participant. 

Cyranova will listen and intervene at the moment in the conversation when your team needs help.  (Doctoral research has shown that Cyranova's actions can significantly improve team performance.) You will also receive reports on how your teams are doing in Team Reflections. And long term progress can be tracked and analyzed with the time frames set by you or your team leads.

If you like, Cyranova can live in your servers, so your confidential conversations are always under your control.
